“Had a great experience purchasing my CRV from Civic Motors back in 2018. Last fall I had a issue with a small rust area. I contacted Civic Motors and 2 former employees who I tried to contact did not return my email or telephone messages. This last spring when Mark Weisbrod the general manager found out about my frustration wasted no time to rectify the problem . I am once again a very happy Civic Motors customer. Every company will at some point have customer dissatisfaction problems. The really good companies will do something about them Thanks, Mark, for all of your help. Five stars”
