My Review of Civic Motors Honda:
Honda is one of the best vehicle manufacturers. What is more important to me, however, is service. Civic Motors customer service is exceptional on a consistent basis - i.e. over more than eight years. Their work is done right, completed on time and in the ballpark of the estimate. Their work is explained in understandable language and in a friendly manner.

We bought our second Honda from Civic Motors this past year and, from sales through service, I am happy to say that they have maintained the same high standard that makes them the dealer of choice in Ottawa. Chung (sales) was thoroughly knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle and made sound recommendations on the various promotions that were running. Kalil (sales manager) gave us a price that we couldn't beat anywhere in Eastern Ontario and Bill (service manager) has always found time for us when we have had questions on the servicing and maintenace required to keep our Ridgeline in tip-top shape.

Outstanding service department. Work always completed on schedule and within estimate. Technicians are extremely courteous and well trained. Although I live approximately 25 miles from this particular dealer, I have bought five vehicles from them in the past 11 years. New car sales personnel are most helpful and well managed by Kalil Dagher. Best deals in town in a professional environment.
